I officially have a new garment to be obsessed with! This skirt is from Forever 21 + and nothing short of perfect (I know I say that alot). The scalloped hem, sheer overlay and sequin detailing are all elements that make this piece special. As soon as I saw it a million and one looks came to mind so I decided to style it three ways for you guys to show the versatility.
