This time a year ago I was an active olivecoloredanything addict. I bought a plethora of pieces solely because they were olive. I’m not ashamed. This skirt was one of those items. It’s been posted here before but it will never get old to me. As I mentioned before it comes with an entire list of rules when it comes time to wearing it. The number one and most important rule is that you can’t eat. The slightest drop of water can do immediate damage to appearance of this skirt. Since I’m not exactly eating that rule was easy to keep. I’ve been juicing for the past 4 days and I intend to do so for the next month. Yeah, it’s interesting. But on to the fashions… I’ve owned this vest since I was 17 and I can easily admit that I’m still equally obsessed with it as I was back then. The top is actually a dress from the basics section at H&M and the shoes are sooooo comfortable and by Tinley Road.

I’ve become obsessed with this chambray blouse. I’ve had it for over two years but as of late it’s the only top I want to wear. It works with everything from a sequin skirt to a comfy pair of harem pants. It’s perfect! I’m currently on the hunt for a new one. Perhaps one that has more of a distressed look to it. Any who, the skirt is from Forever 21, it’s one many of the Aztec inspired items I got when I went through my iloveeverythingaztec phase. Sadly, I hate the way these shoes photographed but what’s done is done right?
