It seems like every time I turn around some one is getting married and I always end up with an invite in hand and a frown on my face. When people realize my entire wardrobe is way too inappropriate for weddings the world will become a better place. Seriously, we all know about my obsession with bodycon not to mention all the sheer garments in my closet as well as the mini skirts. Somehow I managed to pull something together and it happened to be my favorite, color blocked. This perfect pink blazer is from H&M and one of my new favorite items. I’ve planned a billion looks around it already! The pants were a clearance steal from Lane Bryant. I’ve been wanting red pants for the longest and I finally scored these a week ago. To tone down the vibrancy of the outfit I threw in a taupey blouse from Evans and my favorite nude shoe from Topshop.

I’m obsessed with color. However, I’m even more obsessed with putting colors that don’t really ‘go’ together. This look is an example of that. I scored the blazer at a thrift store for six bucks and the dress is from the main range at Forever 21.

I’m sure you guys have noticed that you haven’t been able to add comments. I’m working on solving that issue… so hopefully by the next time I post you guys will be able to comment. Anywho…

A few weeks ago on Tumblr I posted a picture of Gretchen (Last seasons’ Project Runway winner) wearing an orange and green ensemble. I can’t stand the girl ( mainly because she beat Mondo) but I loved the way she wore those colors together. Both colors have an amazing richness and easily represent Autumn so why not put them together?! The pants are an $8 score from Ebay and the blouse is from Dorothy Perkins. And of course I’m wearing my favorite Topshop shoes which go with virtually EVERYTHING!

I can’t wait to play around with more color blocking this Fall!
